Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management: Overseeing a set of linked projects to attain combined benefits, including managing inter-dependencies, resource capacity, and achieving program-level objectives.
2. Organization, Operations & Performance Management:
* Supervising New Engagement Onboarding:
o Closely working with Project Manager, Account Manager, and Presales team for smooth onboarding of new engagements into the company.
* Delivery Unit Performance Management:
o Ensuring portfolio of projects within the unit performs according to company expectations (KPIs): CSAT, Revenue, margin (GM, CM), E-RETs, Employees Attrition.
* Delivery Unit Financial Management: Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and forecasting financial performance, including utilization of funds of the Delivery Unit.
* Delivery Unit Risk Management: Defining and managing risks of the Unit, monitoring project risks.
* Delivery Unit Resource and Operations Management: Ensuring all required resources for the Delivery Unit to operate and deliver value to the client within each project.
* Talent Management:
o Staffing Talents: Hiring talents into one's organization using internal and external channels based on project staffing plan.
o Onboarding Talents: Ensuring high-quality onboarding process, effectively onboarded employees.
o Developing Talents: Developing team members' talents in a mutually beneficial way.
o Managing Talents Compensation: Effectively implementing employee compensation management according to company policies.
o Motivating & Retaining Talents: Working closely with employee satisfaction and retention indicators, handling employee performance issues.
o Releasing Talents: Releasing employees once the need is reduced or due to business needs, low performance.
* Sales, Marketing & Account Management:
o Conducting Presale: Leading presales execution from delivery side and cooperating with Sales & Marketing, Account Management.
o Account Management: Managing client relationship and proactively working on up and cross-sale with Account Manager (if assigned) or individually.
o Contract Management: Designing and negotiating SoW with client according to MSA conditions.
