Responsibilities
* Develop test plans, procedures, and methods for our world-class cycling products—with guidance, not micromanagement.
* Collaborate with an inventive team of engineers to design and refine automated test systems for next-gen mechatronics.
* Dive into product behavior, analyze data, and deliver insights that fuel smarter design decisions.
* Apply principles of statistics and reliability to craft robust, insightful test plans.
* Co-author and review testing documentation that becomes part of our product DNA.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent hands-on experience.
* A passion for working with machines that move, sense, and think.
* Experience in test execution and issue tracking.
* Familiarity with mechatronic systems and sensor technologies.
* Basic coding skills in LabVIEW or Python.
* Proficiency in 3D modeling and failure analysis.
* Knowledge of bicycle components or the cycling industry is a plus.
* Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese.
* A curious, analytical mindset with a drive to solve problems.
* Self-motivated and organized—you plan, prioritize, and follow through.
