We are looking for a Scrum master for a project based in Lisbon (Hybrid).
SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar;Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles;Solid experience as a ScrumMaster in an international context;Strong peopleskills;Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coachingteams and team building;Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops;You feel at home in an agile environment and have excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban and ideally the Safe framework;Ability to drive changeand support the team duringthe process; Experience with online collaboration tools (preferably Mural);Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
