About the Role
* Analyze complex business requirements to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Translate business needs into precise technical specifications and user stories.
* Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to guarantee software quality.
* Validate data across multiple systems for consistency.
* Collaborate effectively with solution teams, developers, and business units throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
* Proven expertise in CLM/CRM systems and experience in testing methodologies.
* Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
* Excellent requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
