Your Mission Will Be Coordinate projects end-to-end, acting as the main bridge between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams; Guide teams with a leadership mindset, ensuring delivery across strategy, business analysis, engineering, and quality assurance; Manage scope, timelines, budget, resources, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle; Lead client-facing sessions such as demos, workshops, and steering meetings, communicating progress and risks; Ensure project roadmaps are aligned with business objectives and focused on delivering real customer value. You Will Need Proven experience managing software projects in Agile and waterfall environments; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in complex, fast-paced contexts; Ability to manage client relationships, set expectations, and make decisions under pressure; Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA; CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. Would Be Awesome If You Have One or more project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, CSPO, or KMP; Previous experience leading discovery workshops and project kick-offs with external clients; Background in software engineering, data science, or managing data-driven teams; Familiarity with the full Data Science lifecycle and working with Data Scientists; BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
