This role will contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of campaigns with national and international affiliates, working closely with more senior team members. This position requires active involvement in the affiliate program, supporting campaign execution, newsletter creation, communication with affiliates, and day-to-day management of the affiliate portfolio, with a strong learning component."ResponsabilidadesActive and continuous prospecting of new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets.Identification and qualification of potential partners with strong commercial potential.Outbound first contact (messages, emails, calls), presentation of the program, and closing of new partnerships.Activation and onboarding of new influencers and affiliates, ensuring quick integration into campaigns.Consistent follow-up to convert leads into active partners.Negotiation of commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance incentives.Planning and execution of commercial initiatives focused on sales generation.Reactivation of inactive partners and ongoing engagement of the active base.Management and updating of the prospecting and opportunities pipeline.Performance monitoring per partner, with a focus on revenue growth and scalability.Identification of upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities into new markets.Collaboration with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials.QualificaçõesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.Practical experience of at least 1 year in marketing management.Proactive and eager to learn.Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking, is essential.Advanced knowledge and practice of Excel (PowerBI and other tools are a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in dynamic and high-activity environments.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.OfertaOpportunity to learn and grow in a global Influencer & Affiliate Marketing program.Hands-on experience with real campaigns and international markets.Competitive trainee compensation according to profile.LocalizaçãoSintra, Portugal#J-18808-Ljbffr
