Why emagine
emagine is a global consultancy rethinking how expertise is delivered.
We believe organisations should be able to access the right expertise, at the right time, in smarter, more flexible and more human ways.
By combining deep specialist capability with adaptable delivery models, we work in genuine partnership with our clients to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes – now and in the future.
We take a straightforward, professional approach to how we work – focusing on strong relationships, clear communication and doing what we say we will do.
Internally, we aim to create a fair and supportive working environment for colleagues, guided by our core values: Confident, Dedicated, Responsible and Genuine.
The role
We're looking for a midweight designer to join emagine's brand and marketing team.
This role is about doing great design work day to day, working alongside our Senior Designer – taking a well-defined brand and applying it carefully, confidently and consistently across a wide range of projects.
This isn't a highly conceptual role, and that's intentional.
You'll be working within an established brand, helping marketing, sales and internal teams bring it to life across digital, print and presentation materials.
The focus is on craft, clarity and consistency, rather than big idea generation or brand re-invention.
What you'll be doing
Designing and rolling out assets across digital and print, including:
Marketing and campaign materials
Commercial and sales content (presentations, pitch decks, case studies)
Social and digital assets
Internal comms and brand materials
Applying emagine's brand guidelines with care and consistency
Adapting existing creative work across different formats, channels and markets
Working closely with brand, marketing and commercial teams on clearly defined briefs
Designing and maintaining presentation materials in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
Preparing files for digital use and print, with a good eye for detail and quality
Balancing multiple pieces of work at once and keeping things moving
Working directly with internal stakeholders across multiple locations
Taking feedback on board and making updates efficiently
Requirements
Strong, well-rounded design skills across digital and print, with a solid portfolio to prove it
Experience working with established brand guidelines and enjoying that structure
Confident presentation design skills, especially in PowerPoint
A good eye for detail and design craft – layout, typography, spacing and colour really matter here
Comfortable designing commercial and sales-focused materials, as well as marketing work
Confidence using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Able to work independently on clear briefs, while knowing when to ask questions
Organised, dependable, and comfortable working at a steady pace
Strong communication skills for working directly with colleagues and stakeholders
Nice to have
Experience working with Jira (or similar ticketing / workflow tools) to manage briefs, feedback and delivery
Motion, animation or video skills (for example After Effects or simple animated content)
Experience using design tools beyond Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Affinity).
Basic understanding of UI
Experience adapting work for different markets or audiences
Experience working with Templafy
