Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and automation tests, when applicable;
- Perform exploratory testing to detect undocumented problems;
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios;
- Identify bugs/defects and report them using appropriate tools;
- Create detailed bug reports with screenshots and step-by-step explanations to reproduce issues;
- Use test and defect management tools;
- Participate in meetings as necessary;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and quality processes;
- Comply with project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategies, and procedures;
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders;
- Escalate work issues to appropriate levels.
Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in similar functions;
- Experience in design, planning, and execution of functional testing;
- Experience with test management tools, defect management tools, and reporting;
- Experience with Regression, Integration, and E2E Testing;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
- Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills;
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Capacity for initiative, dynamism, and proactivity.
Nice-to-have
- Degree in computer science or similar;
- SQL knowledge;
- ISTQB Foundation Certification;
- Spanish/Castilian communication skills.
