Account-Based Sales Lead – EMEA Location: EMEA, ideally UK, Portugal or the Netherlands Package: Competitive base salary plus commissionAbout the role We are looking for an Account-Based Sales Lead – EMEA to help build and convert pipeline across a focused set of named accounts and partner relationships. This is not a generic high-volume sales role. It is a strategic commercial position for someone who can open credible conversations, map complex buying groups, and turn opportunity into momentum. Many of the stakeholders we need to reach sit in Europe, even when the company headquarters are in the US. That means we want someone close to the real buying centre and comfortable working across tax, finance, compliance, operations, and partner-led environments.What you will do • Identify & own a targeted list of named accounts and build qualified pipeline. • Develop partner-led opportunities and help create repeatable growth routes through relevant channels. • Engage senior stakeholders across tax, finance, compliance and operational teams. • Lead discovery, shape next steps, and progress opportunities with discipline. • Work closely with leadership and marketing to refine messaging and commercial focus. • Contribute to the evolution of the sales motion, not just execute it.What we are looking for • Experience in B2B sales, business development, strategic accounts or partner growth. • Credibility in specialist environments such as tax, compliance, payments, finance operations, e-commerce, or adjacent sectors. • A strong track record of opening doors, building trust, and progressing complex opportunities. • Comfort operating in a targeted, relationship-led sales model. • A practical, self-starting approach and the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.What makes this role attractive • High-visibility role with meaningful influence over how the commercial function develops. • Strong fixed package and excellent upside. • Opportunity to work on complex, international commercial problems with real relevance to clients and partners. • A focused book of opportunities rather than a spray-and-pray sales model.How to apply If you have experience in the kinds of commercial environments described above and you enjoy building momentum across strategic accounts and partner relationships, we would like to hear from you.
