Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As an IT Specialist for Finance Roles and Authorizations, you will join the Roles and Authorizations team to shape access, turn business needs into permissions, safeguard data, and support users while contributing to broader IT initiatives.
* Collaborate with Finance Global Information Owners and IT Finance Specialists to define authorization requirements and translate those into technical deliverables
* Design and build new roles and authorization solutions, maintain and improve existing ones
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant audits and regulatory requirements, including GDPR
* Manage and lead small projects
* Drive operational excellence in access management processes through continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide training and technical assistance to other team members and system users
* Actively contribute to local and global IT projects and support operational activities
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
* A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field
* Interest in understanding technical concepts in SAP on-premise and Cloud Solutions and the ability to quickly learn new things
* Working experience in the area of roles and authorization management
* Knowledge in SAP ERP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC and/or SuccessFactors - alternatively a strong eagerness to learn
* A high degree of stress resistance and a structured way of working
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, and able to work both independently and as a team player in a global setup
* Fluency in English, German and Portuguese are an advantage
