Join us as a Product Owner to drive the convergence of post‐trade services across Europe. The role is based in Porto and supports the rollout of a unified post‐trade service in the Euronext Securities convergence programme. The goal is to deliver a single client experience that reduces cost, risk and complexity for financial institutions. The Product Owner translates approved product designs into actionable backlogs and ensures predictable delivery across Scrum teams, acting as the main interface with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Backlog & Delivery Execution Maintain and prioritise the product backlog. Translate high‐level business requirements into EPICs. Validate consistency with target design. Align backlog prioritisation with business value and strategic objectives. Support Scrum teams in understanding product requirements. Agile Delivery Management Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint reviews. Accept completed features and verify acceptance criteria. Ensure Definition of Done includes operational and regulatory requirements. Project Execution Deliver product initiatives through planning and execution. Coordinate delivery with project managers and programme teams. Monitor EPIC progress and ensure timely completion. Delivery Risk & Dependency Management Identify delivery risks, blockers and dependencies. Maintain risk tracking and raise issues. Coordinate cross‐team dependencies and sequencing. UAT & Release Readiness Support Operations UAT and Customer UAT activities. Validate acceptance criteria and testing coverage. Support release readiness and product launch. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as liaison between delivery teams and business stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Operations, Functional Analysts, QA and Development Engineers. Customer & Go‐to‐Market Readiness Prepare customer‐facing documentation. Conduct deep‐dive sessions explaining future state capabilities. Profile & Qualifications Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, ideally in banking, financial market infrastructure or IT delivery environments. Experience contributing to system implementation or product delivery projects, from requirements definition through testing and go‐live. Strong familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, including backlog management and user story definition. Experience working closely with technology teams, functional analysts, QA teams and project managers. Experience supporting testing phases, user documentation and production readiness is an asset. Skills & Mindset Strong analytical and detail‐oriented mindset, capable of translating functional scope into precise requirements. Ability to structure EPICs, user stories and acceptance criteria for efficient delivery. Excellent coordination and follow‐up skills to ensure progress across delivery activities. Clear communication skills, both written and oral, enabling interaction with business and IT stakeholders. Comfortable working in fast‐paced delivery environments with evolving priorities.
