Job Description: System Monitoring Technician responsible for ensuring the continuous availability and performance of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. By using advanced monitoring tools, the technician detects and responds to system alerts, network issues, and hardware/software failures, escalating problems as needed to ensure fast resolution and minimal downtime. Main Activites: Monitor IT systems, networks, servers, and applications using monitoring tools Respond to alerts and system incidents in real-time, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues. Escalate critical incidents to relevant IT teams based on defined protocols and severity levels. Perform initial troubleshooting steps to assist in identifying root causes. Ensure system availability and backups Document incidents, interventions, and outcomes in the ITSM/ticketing system. Produce regular reports on system health, incidents, and performance trends.
