What the role will entail Conceptualizes, prepares and formulates proposals for new products and product introductions/ innovations/features.Conducts research activities, competitive and data analysis on consumer, market and business needs.Executes approved business development initiatives within agreed timelines.Coordinates with internal units of the Bank and external parties to ensure effective implementation of business development initiatives.Prospects, identifies, meets and negotiates with possible external partners for strategic alliances to support business development initiatives.Prepares proposals and agreements for internal and external partners, reviews and ensures that signed proposals/ agreements are complete and in order based on approved program proposals.What were looking for At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.At least Five (5) years experience in a junior officer role for Sales and/or Marketing of financial/consumer productsPossesses strong communication abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Exhibits a willingness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven motivation, thriving in a minimum supervision environment.Willingness to render overtime as needed to meet business demands.Demonstrates the commitment and flexibility to work onsite as required by the position.What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunitiesCompetitive salary package and benefitsPerformance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individualsOpportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by themDefined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
