This is a hybrid role based in Porto, Portugal.If you are passionate about customer insights and data-driven strategies, this opportunity will allow you to contribute directly to enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth across European markets.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize customer research initiatives across Europe to gather meaningful insights and improve customer satisfaction; Manage, analyze, and report on Post-Interaction and Relationship surveys using Voice of the Customer platforms such as Qualtrics, ensuring a clear understanding of customer sentiment; Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to develop and implement ad hoc surveys and research projects aligned with business goals; Prepare and present performance reports on key Customer Satisfaction KPIs (OSAT, NPS, etc.
), delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders; Stay informed about industry trends and customer behavior developments across European markets to support the continuous improvement of the Voice of the Customer program.Candidate Profile:1–4 years of experience in customer and/or market research, with a proven track record in executing and reporting research insights; Proficiency in Voice of the Customer platforms, particularly Qualtrics, including survey design, data analysis, and reporting; Strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract valuable insights; Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying results to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management; Regional and cross-cultural awareness, with a solid understanding of customer behaviors across different European markets; Fluency in English is mandatory.If you are looking to join a high-impact, international project with strategic visibility, we encourage you to apply!
