Steconfer is Recruiting: Finance Controller (m/f) | Lisbon, Portugal
A solid and expanding international group is looking to strengthen its Finance team by hiring a Finance Controller with strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage treasury operations, including cash flow control of accounts payable and receivable, and structuring short-term financing solutions;
Evaluate and control cash flows of Group subsidiaries and projects, reporting operational cash activities to management;
Representthe Finance function in a cross-functional environment within the Group, including analysis, control and supervision of CapEx and purchasing operations;
Act as a key point of contact with creditors, banks, and business partners;
Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles, including P&L and balance sheet interactions;
Superviseoutsourced accounting services for the Group subsidiaries.
Profile Sought
Strong understanding of financing solutions and banking operations;
Effectiveand clear communication skills;
High standards of integrity and professional ethics;
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Spanish is a plus;
Well organised, responsible, accountable and proactive;
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
