Position Summary
The main responsibilities of the D2C Operational Lead are to lead the Website & D2C Operations team for NDG, ensuring alignment with business needs, team evolution, and continuous innovation in services, activities, processes, skills, capabilities, and tools. The role involves promoting best practices, piloting new services, and supporting solution delivery. The person will be responsible for NDG website and D2C operations, driving operational activities, and collaborating closely with NDG, NDG PMO, and MSE to map operational activities delivered through IBS.
A day in the life of...
* Guarantee NDG website and D2C operations across centers with full accountability and team management autonomy.
* Deliver global digital initiatives for brands and cascade them across markets' websites.
* Manage the team, including recruiting, replacing, backfilling, and capability building.
* Monitor team performance and define delivery scope, effort, quality, and timelines.
* Improve quality and adherence to GBU & IT guidelines.
* Industrialize processes by implementing methodologies like Agile and identifying tools to improve efficiency.
* Assess team capabilities and evolve services and skills continuously.
* Identify new market activities, service gaps, and improvement opportunities based on business feedback.
* Implement ongoing improvements, scout, and formalize new opportunities.
* Design, build, and pilot new service lines for DTC, including process flows, SOPs, training materials, and effort mapping.
What will make you successful
* +7 years of DTC digital experience, either at an agency or in a CPG company managing global DTC operations.
* Technical knowledge of DTC platforms (Magento, HTML, etc.).
* Ability to work with remote stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Knowledge of best practices for marketing operations, website, and D2C services.
* Experience in managing teams.
