About Responsibilities
Within KLx, you will join the Retail Banking business unit of over 100 professionals. Our team distributes a full range of retail banking products and services: current accounts, savings, financial investments, personal and real estate loans, as well as insurance.
Under the responsibility of the Partner Relationship Manager, The Delivery Manager will be responsible to:
Support the transformation of the BU's delivery model to position KLx as a preferred partner in the strategic roadmap of our partner Crédit Agricole Group.
Support the PRM in creating and diversifying offerings
by integrating innovative solutions such as DevOps, Cloud, AI, etc.
Develop and maintain strong partner relationships, acting as the technical Deputy to the PRM.
Federate teams, be proactive, and participate in the continuous improvement of service delivery.
Who You Are:
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or a Related field,
3+ years of experience in leading IT transformation in Delivery/Nearshoring models.
Leadership and ability to develop innovative technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
Team spirit
Initiative and ability to propose areas for improvement.
Fluency in French is
mandatory
