Autodoc, the leading auto parts e-commerce platform in Europe, seeks an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Catch the ride

The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and execution of influencer campaigns, identify and build relationships with industry influencers, and measure the success of those campaigns.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns on the European market, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales.
* Research and recruit influencers within niches from the European market, analyzing their reach and engagement rates.
* Support strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution, ensuring messaging, content, and timeline are aligned, collaborating with brand launch teams.
* Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitors Researches on social media and within the influencer community, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
* Building strong relationships with relevant influencers, composing creative briefs for the campaigns on Social Media, and coordinating influencer-generated content that aligns with brand messaging.
* Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for management, providing regular reporting to stakeholders with insights and recommendations for future improvement.

Influencer Strategy & Execution:

* Develop, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns in the European market aligned with business goals (awareness, engagement, lead generation, sales, etc.).
* Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across social platforms across the European market (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Campaign Development:

* Collaborate with internal teams (content, social media, product, etc.) to develop campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences, supporting strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution.
* Coordinate influencer-generated content that aligns with brand messaging, ensuring consistency and quality, and compose creative briefs for the campaigns on Social Media.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

* Monitor campaign KPIs and objectives such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI, analyzing the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
* Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and provide regular reporting to stakeholders with insights and recommendations for future improvement.

Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis:

* Stay up-to-date with social media and influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, conducting competitor research and analysis to inform influencer strategies.

Compliance & Contracts:

* Ensure that all influencer collaborations comply with FTC regulations, brand guidelines, and legal requirements, managing contracts, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
