Join our dynamic OM TD DO team as a Senior Cloud Document Administrator (f/m/d) and play a pivotal role in the project execution phase at Siemens Energy. Imagine supporting the documentation process while collaborating with key interface partners to compile essential documents in a structured manner. You will engage with various specialist departments to manage power plant documents and ensure timely dispatch of customer documentation, all from our Muelheim, Germany office. Your contributions will be vital in driving efficiency and clarity in our documentation efforts.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Support the preparation of project-specific documents and ensure their timely dispatch to internal customers.
* Provide consulting support to Sales and Engineering teams regarding product documentation within subprojects.
* Coordinate open tasks with your colleagues to maintain workflow and efficiency.
* Submit description proposals to relevant departments when deviations from standard scope occur.
* Assist the technical editorial office in Germany with documentation needs.
* Support order management and new apparatus within project processing.
* Handle daily PDF and content management tasks to streamline operations.
What You Bring
* You hold a university degree, preferably in Engineering or Technical Communication, or have gained relevant experience in a related field.
* You possess experience as a technical author, editor, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of document handling and related metadata.
* Familiarity with power plants or turbo machinery is a valuable asset.
* You are skilled in MS Office365 applications and have initial experience in data exploration, along with SAP capabilities.
* Excellent team skills and effective communication abilities enable you to thrive in a multicultural and cross-regional team, while you also enjoy working independently.
* You have advanced English proficiency, and knowledge of German is a significant plus.
* You are familiar with concepts like empowerment and self-driven agile teams.
* Your organized work style allows you to ask questions and share your ideas confidently.
