Job Description
Our Talent Marketing team, located across various countries worldwide, is dedicated to authentically portraying Infineon as an employer of choice and increasing the company's visibility among candidates. We design and develop targeted branding campaigns globally that are adapted to our local markets to ultimately support our recruitment team on-site
In your new role, you will:
* Contribute to the successful day-to-day operations of our social media platforms and channels, including website, job search, referrals, and CRM Candidate Relationship Module
* Develop creative and engaging social media content, with a focus on TikTok
* Edit videos or images using digital editing tools (e.g., Photoshop)
* Assist in creating and editing compelling captions for social media posts
* Handle requests, resolve incidents, and follow up on social media channels and platform-related requests
* Set up campaigns, templates, and monitor performance for CRM and referrals
* Provide timely reporting and analysis across our social media initiatives and platforms using relevant dashboards or reports
* Assist with team activities as needed, such as updating knowledge articles, newsletters, and recruitment projects
Your Profile
You are proactive and willing to support your team members. You don't wait around for things to move or people to get back to you: you make things happen. Your creativity, reliability, and good self-organization will help you handle projects independently. You thrive in an international and multicultural workspace
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
* University degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Media & Communication, Psychology, or equivalent field
* Strong interest in Social Media topics and Employer Branding
* A passion for tools and technology - experience with website analytics or social media platforms is a plus
* Creative thinker with a structured mindset
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
