Responsibilities:
1. Using your graphic design skills, the IKEA Concept and IKEA visual and copy identity to create and implement graphic solutions that ensure clarity, consistency, simplicity and clear messages - overseeing the complete range of customer store communication.
2. Applying your knowledge and understanding of people's life at home and their buying behaviour to improve graphic communication inside and outside the IKEA store to facilitate the buying process.

What you need to know:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in graphic design with a proven portfolio, preferably in the retail area;
* English knowledge;
* Ability to combine commercial, aesthetic and practical skills;
* Strong ability to generate, visualize, and present new ideas;
* Ability to workefficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
* Confidence in approaching and clearly communicating with cross-functional teams in various situations;
* A flexible and hands-on approach to responsibilities;
* Experience in retail or an agency setting is a plus;
* Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting set deadlines;
* Deep knowledge of graphic communication processes, including graphic design software and print production tools;
* A strong understanding of the IKEA Concept, brand objectives, and IKEA's visual and verbal identity;
* Driven toexceed goals and continuously improve ways of working.
