Your Role
As an IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) for our Emission and Book&Claim products, you will be the domain and application expert working at the interface of business experts across Europe, UX design, and the engineering team. You will be vital in the solution design and implementation of a fit-for-purpose IT Product covering Sea, Air, and Road Logistics. You will translate usage scenarios relevant to our stakeholders into development-ready solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Determine the requirements of a use case and support its suitability prioritization.
Specify user stories and epics to translate the roadmap into manageable items.
Test implemented functionalities and support the team with root cause analyses in the case of bugs.
Support product management by articulating tactical and strategic requirements to management, business stakeholders, and developers.
Define, mature, and keep track of open requirements and ideas to improve our product.
Support maintaining the product-related documentation.
Guide, support, and mentor other team members.
Your Skills and Experiences
3+ years' experience with requirements engineering/feature specification in software development.
Degree in logistics or environmental domain with demonstrable technical aptitude, or degree in technical domain (computer or natural science, engineering, economics).
Ability to collect and analyze requirements, and communicate complex content to different stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Experience working with process definition or other formal specifications in complex environments, ideally at an enterprise scale.
Collaborative team player (able to motivate, empower, and uplift others in a dynamic environment).
Experience with the applied tech stack (Jira, Confluence, AWS, SQL, Python) is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
