This international project is based in Lisbon and offers the opportunity to work close to the heart of the business, in a dynamic, performance-driven and customer-focused environment.
Your responsibilities
Handling customer contacts via telephone
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
Retaining customers who intend to terminate their contracts
Providing tailored advice on services and offers
Creating added value for the customer, including sales activities
Communicating effectively with customers, balancing qualitative and quantitative goals
Building long-term customer loyalty and relationships
Your profile
Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
Fluent German and English (mandatory)
Strong customer orientation and commitment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Autonomous, accurate and responsible working style
Strong sense of duty and punctuality
Good PC skills
Completed technical training or equivalent professional experience
