We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and orchestrate our marketing efforts across brands, channels, and projects, ensuring consistency, performance, and creativity at scale.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ideating, coordinating, and executing all marketing initiatives across the Darvvin Group ecosystem. You will work closely with leadership, creative, retail, and external partners to translate strategy into impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Ideate and coordinate all marketing campaigns across Darvvin Group brands and projects
* Social media management: content planning, calendar coordination, tone of voice alignment, and performance monitoring
* Newsletter strategy and execution: segmentation, content planning, automation, and optimisation
* Website and SEO improvement: continuous optimisation of content, structure, and performance
* Oversee paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), coordinating agencies and analysing results
* Organise and manage events: brand activations, pop-ups, store events, launches, and industry moments
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, retail, communication)
* Analyse performance, define KPIs, and continuously improve results through data-driven decisions
Must Have
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing (fashion, lifestyle, retail, or creative industries preferred)
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with solid project management skills
* Proven analytical mindset with the ability to read data and turn insights into action
* Experience in team management and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
* Highly digital-driven and up-to-date with trends, platforms, tools, and best practices
Nice to Have
* Experience working with multi-brand or omnichannel environments
* Hands-on experience with tools such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, CMS platforms
* Understanding of fashion retail dynamics, launches, seasonal calendars, and storytelling
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
