Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work in coordination with our company's brands. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support commercial actions and bonuses management through sales administration applications
* Follow up on bonus payments (Dealers Network) and related claims
* Payout and control of incentives to B2B customers and Leasing Companies
* Maintain direct contact with Network Dealers (B2B & B2C)
* Manage and resolve claims with follow-up and feedback to Dealers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (not mandatory)
* No prior finance and management experience is necessary, but good analysis capacity and affinity with numbers are required
* Strong deadline management skills
* Good relationship skills and team spirit
* Knowledge and experience with reporting management
* Proficiency in Italian and English (Level: B2/C1), due to direct contact with local Customers
* Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
