We are looking for a Management Controller.
Main Tasks:
* Integrate and control accounting data to produce French GAAP P&L (management view).
* Prepare technical result projections for Update, Budget, and Medium-Term Plan.
* Perform analytical reviews between reporting phases and prepare summary reports for management and the Group.
* Improve and optimize financial production processes with IT teams.
* Redesign and maintain the economic dashboard for Business Unit Heads, linking French GAAP and IFRS 17 views.
Main Skills & Requirements:
* 7+ years experience in Finance, Management Control, or Actuarial.
* Master's degree (or equivalent).
* Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance indicators.
* Ability to analyze, simplify, and synthesize large amounts of financial data.
* Knowledge of accounting standards, insurance, and financial/tax topics.
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling; VBA/SAS/Power BI/Python is a plus.
* Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
