We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable & Treasury Executive
to join our client's dynamic hospitality team in
Albufeira
. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent organisational skills, and prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
* Oversee treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management and accurate bank reconciliations.
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve billing and payment issues.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
* Prepare periodic financial reports as required by management.
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Previous experience in accounts receivable and treasury, ideally within a hospitality or hotel group.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Must be currently
based in Albufeira or nearby areas
.
* Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is an advantage).
