The People Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations in a growing organization dedicated to delivering effective solutions, fostering professional development, and maintaining a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Description
* Serve as the main point of contact for employees across the full lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, HR policies, training, benefits, mobility, absences, and offboarding;
* Provide timely, solution-oriented guidance, escalating complex or sensitive issues to the HRBP when needed;
* Ensure a consistent, positive employee experience through clarity, accessibility, and responsiveness;
* Manage employment contracts, amendments, declarations, and offboarding documentation while ensuring legal compliance and accurate employee records;
* Maintain HR systems with up-to-date employee information, supporting data quality and digital HR initiatives;
* Prepare payroll inputs, validate outputs, and collaborate with external payroll providers; perform quality checks, trend analysis, and continuous improvement;
* Support annual salary review, bonus processes, and benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, vendor coordination, and market benchmarking;
* Monitor labour legislation changes, update HR policies, and ensure compliance with statutory reporting and audits;
* Manage employee absences, leaves, attendance, health appointments, and wellness programs, ensuring proper communication with payroll and stakeholders;
* Produce HR reports and support HR analytics initiatives;
* Liaise with temporary agencies, ensuring contractual accuracy and legal compliance.
Profile
* 2-5 years of HR experience;
* Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field;
* Professional English proficiency;
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
* Confidentiality and attention to detail;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office;
* Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
