Responsibilities:
* Input, validation, and management of customer orders within SAP systems;
* Customer Support: Addressing complex client inquiries related to order status, deliveries, invoicing, and complaints;
* Maintaining and updating customer records and commercial interactions;
* Supporting the invoicing process (issuance of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes) and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in administrative or back-office roles;
* Fluency in Dutch and English or Portuguese;
* Mandatory proficiency in the SAP system;
* Familiarity with Salesforce.
