Inside the PMO of the company the
Senior Project Manager
will manage and lead both national and international projects in close collaboration with our multiple first class customers and awesome technology implementations.
This profile will also work with international and multicultural teams ensuring the best approach to execute the projects
- time, within scope, adjusted to budget and with the quality expected.
Always aligning expectations and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Digital e
Xperience initiatives.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Team Coordination: Manage
- functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring
- effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders through detailed reports and meetings.
What we expect from you
At least 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs.
Large experience managing Content Management and Digital Platforms projects with technologies like Adobe Experience Management and/or Open Text Web Experience Management is a must.
Hybrid Project Management approach (traditional-predictive &
- adaptative experience, knowledge and mindset) is a must.
Complete skillset for the profile includes (but is not limited to): customer focus, communication, proactiveness, result orientation, team work, autonomy, delegation, negotiation, leadership, etc.
University degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or similar.
Valuable project management certifications and/or related Master's degree.
Spanish: native speaker.
English: Fluent in writing and speaking (must).
Portuguese, French and/or German (valuable).
