Job Description
The Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our vast partnership network. This newly created role has been designed to support the ongoing development of our partnerships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating new business revenue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making frequent contact with partners to drive up referral numbers, deliver training to improve the quantity and quality of referrals generated, and hit new business revenue targets from partner referrals.
They will also ensure referrals are converted with necessary information fed between teams, consistently demonstrating our company values.
