We are seeking a Recepcionist to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our people operations running smoothly with the following Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front-desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Provide customer service.
* Coordinate office and facilities management, including stationery supplies and maintaining office procedures and policies.
* Deliver administrative support such as report preparation, filing system maintenance, and meeting coordination with accurate minutes.
* Arrange travel logistics, including bookings, itineraries, and related administrative documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience as receptionist or administrative role
* Organizational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Good knowledge with Microsoft Office
* A proactive, supportive and team player
* Fluency in Portuguese (English is a plus).
