We're seeking a Support Coordinator with advanced technical knowledge and management skills to join an international team working from Portugal.
The selected candidate will work on technology projects, maintaining contact with stakeholders and responsible for:
* Verifying and implementing detailed technical solutions identified by the Project Manager/Technician.
* Providing detailed technical designs for business solutions.
* Leading technical evaluations and delivering specific technical solutions to customers.
* Managing a team promoting high performance and guiding the stages of the team's life cycle.
* Coordinating new installations, designs, and migrations of technological solutions in networks, applications, or platforms.
* Offering advanced technical consulting and advice on proposals, solution design, systems management, and solution adjustment and modification.
* Collecting and analyzing data from sources to determine customer needs and requirements.
* Responding to requests for technical information from customers.
* Developing technological solutions for customers using industry products and technologies.
Desirable skills include knowledge of core networks in telecommunications and technology, familiarity with standards, Diameter and SS7 protocols, problem-solving skills in Linux, ability to create scripts, basic knowledge of Kubernetes/Containers, support ticket management lifecycle, and fluency in French (mandatory).

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Requirements
Candidates should have advanced technical knowledge and management skills, with experience in 5G technology projects, network infrastructure, and telecommunications protocols.
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, is desirable, along with expertise in scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is also essential.
