Project Manager
, based at our Alfragide office.
With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the various project disciplines;
Manage resources effectively and efficiently, aligning skills with project needs;
Ensure the technical quality of final deliverables;
Maintain close relationships with clients or their representatives;
Identify business opportunities.
Profile:
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the Transport sector;
Proven experience in project management (teams, schedules, and budgets);
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project;
Fluency in foreign languages (English; French; Spanish).
