We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Senior IT Project Manager - Hybrid (Porto - 3 days/week)
Hard skills
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* 8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in integration projects.
* Strong background in managing complex, multi-system integrations.
* Expertise in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
* Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ESB).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory).
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
Integration Management:
* Oversee design and implementation of integration solutions between enterprise systems and external platforms (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, logistics, finance).
* Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data integrity standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
* Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Risk & Quality Control:
* Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
* Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and compliance requirements.
Budget & Resource Management:
* Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Change Management:
* Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management.
