Peakpoint Strategy is a boutique consulting firm specializing in financial and strategic services for startups. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team full-time. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced team, offering hands-on exposure to startup ecosystems, venture capital, and financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Execute monthly financial closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and business KPIs.
* Build and maintain complex financial models and business cases.
* Prepare investor-related materials, both on a recurring basis and for ad-hoc requests.
* Provide support during fundraising processes, gaining valuable exposure to the venture capital ecosystem.
* Assist startups in obtaining financing through various instruments, such as convertible loans, equity, venture debt, and bank loans.
* Offer strategic guidance to clients and support their growth and expansion plans.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or similar roles.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational abilities.
* Clear and effective communication style.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Proficiency in MS Word and Office tools.
* Ability to work 100% of the time in English. Spanish is a plus.
* Passion for startups, technology, and finance.
* Availability to work full-time in a remote setting.
