Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and direct production activities, including setting goals, deadlines, and resources.
* Supervise and coordinate production teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
* Monitor production progress and resolve issues promptly.
* Manage the production budget and optimize resource utilization.
* Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
* Report to the Construction Director on production performance.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in construction production roles.
* Knowledge of civil construction processes.
* Proven planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Portuguese, with knowledge of Spanish and English.
