Job Summary
As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel's front of house areas. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager and Operations team to ensure that all aspects of the hotel are running efficiently and providing a high level of service to guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure and lead by example. They must also be legally allowed to work in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily operations with your teams and other internal & external departments.
* Support management teams across all departments within the hotel.
* Ensure quality standards are met and promote our product offering to guests.

Management and Leadership
You will be responsible for managing and leading the Front of House and housekeeping teams, ensuring that all shifts are covered and rosters are planned and communicated in advance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run daily operational meetings with your teams to ensure everything is going smoothly.
* Work with the Brand Manager and Marketing Team to build and maintain the community.
* Lead by example and motivate your team to achieve high performance standards.

Performance Metrics
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing costs, and monitoring daily performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the hotel manager in maintaining departmental budgets.
* Manage daily revenue targets and drive commitment within the team.
* Monitor points of sale, room revenues, and quality metrics.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
* Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with additional languages welcome.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and lead by example.
* Legally allowed to work in Portugal.
