Job Description:
We are seeking a high-achieving Category Manager to lead our Product Categories in Brazil. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, with a proven track record of owning or contributing significantly to P&L performance.

2. Proven Category Leader – You have 5-7+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
3. Business Ownership Mindset – You thrive on responsibility, take full ownership of your domain, and act with a founder's mentality in identifying growth and profitability opportunities.
4. Strong Commercial Acumen – You understand pricing, margin drivers, channel dynamics, and portfolio management deeply enough to make data-driven decisions that move the business forward.
5. Execution-Oriented Leader – You're not only great at planning but also at making things happen cross-functionally. You align teams, manage dependencies, and follow through with high standards.
6. Collaborative & Influential – You can navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams. You lead through influence and structured communication.
7. Comfortable with Ambiguity – As part of a fast-scaling environment, you know how to operate in changing settings, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly.
