In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of cutting-edge HR processes through the strategic deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
About the Role
* You will design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules to optimize HR processes.
* Analyze business requirements, develop solutions, and implement key Recruiting and Onboarding functions.
* Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates, lead feature rollouts, and collaborate with external partners to transition deliverables from build to run.
* Serve as a global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0.
* Lead the development and implementation of HR system processes across global operations.
Your Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Computer Science/Information Technology.
* SAP SF Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 Certification.
* Experience driving client solutions and implementing large-scale Recruiting/Onboarding 2.0 software deployments.
* Expert product knowledge with SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding and interdependencies.
* Minimum 5-7 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules.
* International REC/ONB project experience and at least 7 full life-cycle implementations.
* Hands-on experience in workflow optimization and automation.
* Solid understanding of Onboarding forms, role-based permissions, data governance, and reporting within SuccessFactors.
* Working knowledge of integrations to other solutions.
* Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
