A leading international group in the food service sector, with a strong presence in food retail, an innovative business model and in a strong growth phase, is recruiting for the position of Senior FP&A Analyst.
The role will play a central part in supporting strategic decision-making, financial planning, performance analysis and reporting, working closely with the business and with internal stakeholders at both local and international levels.
Your New Role
Controlling & Reporting
* Monitor P&L performance vs. Budget, Forecast and Prior Year
* Prepare management reporting packages and variance analysis
* Support shortening of closing timelines and process improvements
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
FP&A & Performance Analysis
* Participate in Forecast and Budget cycles
* Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
* Perform detailed profitability and cost analysis
Business Partnering & Cost Control
* Monitor key cost drivers and overall cost performance
* Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and identify underlying trends
* Partner with operational teams to improve cost visibility and support decision-making
* Support tracking of initiatives and ensure delivery of targeted savings / efficiencies
Systems & Process
* Work actively with financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, planning tools)
* Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes, as well as master data maintenance
What You Need to Succeed
* Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
* Professional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role of at least 7 years in multinational environment
* Fluent English (mandatory) and French and Spanish is a plus
* Good MS Office knowledge, of which high-level in Excel is mandatory
* Team oriented in multicultural work environment
* Someone hands-on, proactive, enthusiastic, and with strong communication skills.
* Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
