In this role, you'll help clients optimize their digital advertising performance, troubleshoot campaign issues, and provide best‐practice recommendations across social media and digital ad products.What You'll DoManage and supportpaid advertising campaigns, ensuring performance, pacing, and correct setup.Provide consultative guidance to advertisers oncampaign strategy, optimization, and best practices .Troubleshoot campaign‐related issues (e.g., ad delivery, billing, policy, performance fluctuations) and elevate when needed.Guide customers on platform/product usage and help them understanddigital advertising basics .Deliver a high‐quality customer experience through professional and empathetic communication.Collaborate with internal teams while being able to work independently and manage your own pipeline.Requirements (Mandatory)Experience in paid campaign management(mandatory).Degree in Marketingor related field.Proven experience inDigital Marketing .Experience in aContact Centre/ service program for anAdvertising Techcompany (or similar digital advertising environment).Confident user ofsocial media productswith a basic understanding ofdigital advertising .Strongcustomer service orientationand problem‐solving mindset.Ability to work wellin a teamand alsoindependently .Language SkillsFluent Arabic (C2 / native level)Good English (B2+)to navigate tools, documentation, and internal communication.Work Schedule24/7 operation — Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)Days off:2 rotative days offWhat We OfferFull‐time position in Lisbon with a multicultural team.Continuous training and career development in digital advertising and tech support.Interested?
