Emagine is currently looking for a Senior Developer to join a long-term international project with a client focused on the digital transformation of the mining sector. This strategic position involves working with cutting-edge technologies and cloud platforms to develop high-quality, scalable, and secure in-house applications within the Digital Mining ecosystem. The selected professional will work closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, internal and external IT teams to ensure the delivery of solutions aligned with business needs and technological excellence.
Your main responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable in-house applications integrated with real-time data streaming from customers.
* Work with modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python, deployed on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
* Drive continuous improvement and technical innovation to support the evolution of digital mining operations.
* Provide technical guidance and leadership to other developers, encouraging best practices and a culture of high-quality software delivery.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with business goals.
* Collaborate with external software providers and ensure seamless integration and performance of delivered solutions.
* Evaluate and propose emerging technologies to enhance existing solutions.
* Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
You bring:
* A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
* Strong background in web development with experience in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
* Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP and/or Azure).
* A proactive mindset focused on scalability, performance, and security.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
