YOUR ROLE
Global Warehousing Sourcing Manager - Services & Logistics
* Lead efforts to evaluate & negotiate sourcing options for the global warehousing footprint
* Prepare scenario analysis and impact assessments for senior leadership
* Define and execute sourcing strategies within the Warehousing segment
* Manage strategic partnerships to drive improved logistics and customer delivery experience
* Actively participate in the development of the overall Warehouse Sourcing Strategy
* Lead sourcing events to support the Warehouse sourcing strategy
* Drive cost savings and margin improvement activities
* Communicate with executives from cross-functional teams, focusing on risk mitigation strategies
* Engage in long-range planning initiatives for cost, quality, risk mitigation, and Supply Chain resiliency
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred
* Minimum 8 years of global warehouse sourcing experience
* Extensive background in Logistics Sourcing, Quality, and Supply Chain Management
* Experience in High Tech Telecommunications or Networking Equipment industry highly desired
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Critical thinking ability and capacity to analyze complex information quickly
* Proficiency in preparing and presenting executive-level reports and proposals
* Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude
* Ability to multitask with competing priorities and deadlines
* Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment with excellent follow-through
* Fluency in written and spoken English
