Our client is an online marketplace operated in a number of countries, offers heavily discounted goods which are mostly shipped to consumers directly from China
As a data annotation advisor, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Reviewing and annotating data based on provided guidelines and criteria.
2. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data labeling and annotation.
3. Identifying and resolving discrepancies or ambiguities in data annotations.
4. Collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality annotated datasets.
5. Adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.
6. Providing feedback on annotation guidelines and suggesting improvements.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
8. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
9. Native or proficient level of Czech (C2)
10. Intermediate level of English (at least B2)
11. Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills
12. Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies
13. A motivated and enthusiastic personality
14. Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
15. Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
16. Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors
17. Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
18. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
19. Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
20. Familiarity with ticketing systems
21. Experience with policy work, or help resource project management
22. Able to follow guidelines and instructions
23. Ability to think outside the box
24. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
25. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon or Porto)
