Your Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As our Sales Development Representative, you'll play an essential role in driving Spotlite's growth by building strong client relationships with senior management and C-level executives in infrastructure-intensive industries. You'll be on the front lines, identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.

Your day-to-day activities will involve collaboration with our experienced Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging best-in-class sales tools, prospecting potential clients, and managing your pipeline effectively to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

* Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers via Email, social networks like Linked In, and Cold Calling.
- Qualifying Leads:

Assess prospect needs, budget, authority, and timeline to determine sales potential.
- Pipeline Development:

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:

Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging,outreach and inbound strategies.
- Appointment Setting:
