BMC Remedy SpecialistCentral Europe | 100% RemotewBrainInternational Service Management ProjectAbout wBrainAt wBrain, we support organizations across Europe in delivering complex technology transformation and managed service initiatives.We combine deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to help our clients modernize their IT operations and service management ecosystems.We are currently looking for a BMC Remedy Specialist to join an international project focused on enterprise ITSM operations and platform optimization in the Central European market.Role MissionAs a BMC Remedy Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of BMC Remedy / ITSM environments, ensuring platform stability, process efficiency, and alignment with enterprise service management best practices.Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Support- Manage, configure, and maintain BMC Remedy ITSM modules - Ensure platform availability, performance, and reliability - Support incidents, changes, problems, and service requests workflowsConfiguration & Optimization- Configure forms, workflows, escalations, filters, and business rules - Optimize service management processes and automation workflows - Implement improvements aligned with ITIL best practicesIntegrations & Data Management- Support integrations between Remedy and enterprise systems - Ensure data integrity and CMDB alignment - Assist with migration, upgrades, and platform enhancementsContinuous Improvement- Analyze operational issues and recommend improvements - Produce technical documentation and support procedures - Collaborate with international service teams and stakeholdersMandatory Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience with BMC Remedy / Remedy ITSM - Strong hands-on experience with: - Incident Management - Change Management - Problem Management - Service Request workflows - Experience with workflow customization and configuration - Knowledge of CMDB and asset management processes - Good understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks - Experience in enterprise or international environments - Fluent English (mandatory)Nice to Have- Experience with Helix migration or modernization projects - Knowledge of integrations via APIs / middleware - Experience with scripting or automation - ITIL certificationSoft Skills- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Autonomous and solution-oriented mindset - Comfortable working in multicultural and distributed teamsEngagement Model-100% Remote – Central Europe project -Long-term collaboration -International enterprise environmentApplicationsInterested candidates should send their updated CV to:Subject: BMC Remedy Specialist – Central Europe
