The Role: This is a high-responsibility position.
You won't just \"edit videos\"; you will be the architect of my digital presence. You will capture the BTS of meetings, strategy sessions, and the scaling of our tech.
Presence: Hybrid. 1-2 days a week in-person here in Lisbon for shooting; the rest is deep-work editing.
Full Ownership: You manage the workflow from storytelling and filming to high-end editing (Reels, YouTube, Long-form).
Strategy: You'll be my sparring partner for content ideas that cut through the noise.
