ERP / CRM Project Manager
Location: Porto or Lisbon
Working model: Hybrid
I'm currently working with a well-established client that is looking to hire an experienced ERP / CRM Project Manager to join its growing team in Porto or Lisbon.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in project delivery, business solutions, and Microsoft ERP environments who enjoys working closely with clients and leading projects from planning through to delivery.
The role will suit someone who is comfortable managing stakeholders, coordinating resources, and supporting the successful implementation of D365 ERP and other business applications across a range of client environments.
The role will involve:
* Managing the delivery of ERP and CRM implementation projects
* Coordinating internal teams, timelines, and client expectations
* Supporting the design and implementation of business solutions
* Analysing and mapping business processes to support solution delivery
* Working across areas such as Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, and Finance
* Ensuring projects are delivered effectively using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Supporting project governance, planning, and ongoing communication throughout the delivery lifecycle
The client is looking for someone with:
* At least 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role
* Experience delivering business application or ERP implementation projects
* Good understanding of business processes within Supply Chain and Finance
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
* A background in consultancy or IT project environments would be highly beneficial
* Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, Primavera, PHC, or similar
* Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
* Availability to travel when required for project delivery
