Job DetailsVacancy Name: Technical Delivery ManagerVacancy No: VN5205Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Portugal/GreeceDescription: We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with extensive experience in designing and implementing Roaming & Network security solutions. The TDM will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of large, strategic, and complex data integration projects on behalf of our customers. You will work closely with project team members and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesBuild Mobileum product expertise that allows optimum deployments.Learn the standard deployment methodologies and practices.Perform the deployment as per the published methodology.Build/Review the HLD/LLD/implementation guide as per the templates.Perform strong risk management, identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, conduct risk assessments, and implement risk mitigation plans.Report all issues to QE/Product team.Send weekly status updates to Delivery Head/Internal Stakeholders.Escalate issues that are blocking or long pending to Project Manager/Delivery Head.Adhere to planned activities and deliver the project with quality as per the agreed timelines.Guide the deployment engineers on product implementation, analyze issues, and help fix them.Participate in system audit, UAT, and launch readiness activities.Post product launch: conduct KPI reviews, monitoring, and apply corrections.Work with the team for the transition of completed projects to the Operations team.Be ready to travel on short notice for kickoff, deployment, and integration of Mobileum products, traveling time as per project needs.Provide product and technical feedback to the Product team for enhancements.Required Technical SkillsExpertise with Baremetal Servers, Virtual or Kubernetes-based deployments.Basic Linux/Shell scripting knowledge, with Perl/Python scripting knowledge preferred.Basic understanding of databases such as Oracle or In-Memory databases like Couchbase, with good SQL knowledge; PL/SQL knowledge preferred.Domain knowledge of GSM/CAMEL/Diameter/4 G/5 G protocol-level aspects.Strong communication skills and fluency in English.Proficiency with JIRA and MS Office.Additional languages (Spanish/French) considered an advantage.
